Here we go!! Month 2 Comp prep begins today ๐ŸŽ‰200cal less than last month, one more week trying without my coach, then back to business ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ, I realise why I was so tired ๐Ÿ˜ดfor the last 2weeks of month 1, I was focusing too much on hitting my protein goals๐Ÿ™ˆ, I was leaving myself extremely short of my carbs/fat ratio๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ, this time round I’m going to make sure to hit all three as I need the fuel from all three. What a way to start the day all three looking very healthy now ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ. Hope you lovelies had a good weekend ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค™๐Ÿพ enjoy your day๐Ÿ˜
