Yay here’s to my first month of @pureelitecomp prep completed yaay🎉I haven’t posted any work out videos in a while 🤔I thought why not🤷🏾♀️ share, you guys know how much I love cardio 😑 I also made it through with my hayfever👃 so a little from earlier’s HIIT session as I wasn’t able to do it on Friday.
