Lovelies I said I’d keep you posted about my comp prep…so you’ve seen the change in my diet, now here’s my current body condition🙃. I’m now eating 6meals a day, back to actually doing some cardio again 30-45mins everyday, only training my legs/glutes once a week with my coach and yep still lifting like a beast💪🏾 with some new/additional routines. I’ve lost 7.5lbs and 8% BF since the 15th May, but still a looong way to go to achieve what I’m aiming for…I’m still smiling and stepping into next week with the same focus, determination and positive mentality✔️
