Good morning! Ooh thunder and lightning outside 😣!! I was so delighted this morning when I realised I could have protein pancakes for breakfast πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ˜ƒ I couldn’t wait to give my new https://www.revolution-foods.com/ toffee fudge powder a go as I’ve worked so well with me smoothies/polenta porridge and the results πŸ˜πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ also lol 🀣 my peanut butter addition has now shifted to https://linktr.ee/pbfit.uk so yummy I managed to get a jar to last me a week 🀣! These pancakes are: V, VG, DF, GF, 🀯 I know! And they yield 8-10 medium sized pancakes 🀫 check out my story for tips on how I made them 😏
-300g buckwheat flour
-1scoop vegan protein powder of choice
-1Tbsp baking powder
-1 pinch sea salt
-2Tbsp maple syrup
-200g unsweetened almond milk
Toppings: 2walnuts, 2Tbsp blueberries, 2Tbsp peanut butter, 2Tbsp unsweetened simply soy yogurt
