Also slights low on protein today I still have 129kcal remaining so I’m sure I’ll catch up ๐Ÿ˜ and slights high in sugar due to the dry figs ๐Ÿ™ˆ, I’ll keep this going for the first week of my rep to show you guys you can meet your Marco’s ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ
