-150g rehydrated soya mince
-1can mixed beans in mild chilli sauce (red kidney, pinto, cannellini, borlotti and black eyed beans)
-75g basmati brown rice
-1/2 stock cube
-1 small red onion
-4 garlic cloves
-1Tbsp tomorrow puree
-1Tsp vegan Worcester sauce
-1Small chilli
-100g kale
-100g mini portabella mushrooms
-5 spray’s light olive oil (1kcal per spray)
