Hello hello hello!😊🍏 Morning! I slept like log, had such a good workout πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ˜ƒ so I’m really to face the day, are you?. I experimented with my wheatgrass powder last night in my overnight oats…I have to say the results are a winner πŸ€€πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-2Tbsp unsweetened simply soy yogurt
-4Tbsp oats
-1Tbsp wheatgrass powder
-1Tbsp maple syrup
-1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
-1Tbsp blueberry and chia seeds blend
Toppings: 1/2 granny smith apple, 1Tbsp sweetened dried cranberries, blueberries, sunflower, pumpkin seeds cranberries, sweetened diced pineapple, coconut chips and goji berries
