Hope you guys have had a good one☺️, had to be reminded that I have another short week in the office today, so I’ve only had to prep for 3days😁💁🏾‍♀️, so this week I should get my 12week meal and workout plan and hopefully have a competition to train for 🎉 very excited! are you guys ready for the week ahead? Macros for the 3days: 140g carbs, 104g protein & 50g fat
-380g vegan chicken strip’s
-280g couscous
-10g wheatgrass powder
-1 red onion
-1 red pepper
-200g Oven roasted mediterranean veg
-200g baby spinach
-100g garden pea’s
-100g trimmed beans
-50g mini portabella mushrooms
-1Tbsp piripiri seasoning
-Pinch salt & pepper
