-1 medium banana
-1Tbsp peanut butter
-1Tsp unsweetened simply soy yogurt
-1Tsp cacao powder
Toppings: Mango, strawberries, 1Tsp chopped almonds, 1Tbsp sweetened dried cranberries, blueberries, sunflower, pumpkin seeds cranberries and coconut chips
