Morning! Back to reality so some of us! πŸ˜‘ But at least it’s a short week πŸ’ starting my day with my new favourite wheatgrass oats 😍, so I thought I’d share some of the nutritional values you can get from 1 serving (10g) of the green stuff!…check out Instagram my story πŸ˜‹
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-4Tbsp oats
-1Tbsp wheatgrass powder
-1Tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: 1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter, 1Tbsp sweetened dried cranberries, blueberries, sunflower, pumpkin seeds cranberries, sweetened diced pineapple, coconut chips and goji berries
