Dinner time!!🍴 Post gym deliciousness 🤤! If like me you returned to work today, how quickly did it go!? 😎! Also how packed was the gym today!🤦🏾‍♀️ Everyone who didn’t train over the weekend fighting in the weights section🤣 DW gains don’t go that quickly🏋🏾‍♀️ so tonight’s dinner 😍 soya chunks. I loooooveee these packed in so much protein like seriously👌🏾 & these puff up so much so don’t be fooled when cooking them 👩🏾‍🏫
-50g rehydrated soya chunks
-100 Kale
-1/2 stock cube
-4 garlic cloves
-2 handfuls wild rocket
-4 mini portabella mushrooms
-1Tbsp chiu chow chilli oil
-1 Medium brown onion
