๐ŸฑSo I noticed the last 2-3weeks I’ve been making poor excuses for not prepping ๐Ÿคฅ๐Ÿคซ, so today in getting back on track for the next 12weeks and looking ahead to starting my journey to bikini bodybuilding training ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธso my meals will be changing soon ๐Ÿ˜, so this week’s meal prep ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ110g carbs, 105g protein & 46g fat
-380g vegan chicken strip’s
-1 red oninion
-8 broccoli florets
-500g chargrilled Mediterranean veg
-300g baby spinach
-100g garden pea’s
-100g trimmed beans
-150g mini portabella mushrooms
-1Tbsp piripiri seasoning
-Pinch salt & pepper
