Evening sun worshippers 😏🤙🏾 sorry I’ve been Mia with the recipes over the bank holiday I’ve been too busy topping my tan🤣🤷🏾‍♀️ nah I’ve just been out and about getting some vitamin d! Which you guys should be too🌡️🌞 so tonight’s dinner rice and chicken! Super yummy and quick and easy 💪🏾 protein protein! 😍
-200g vegan chicken strip’s
-50g basmati brown rice
-25g chickpeas
-4 large broccoli florets
-1Tsp chiu chow chilli oil
-1/1 small red onion
-3 cloves garlic
-salt & pepper
Toppings: drizzle 1Tsp chiu chow chilli oil seeds
