Dinner time 😋! You guys know I’m a big lover of home cooking🤓 I’ve had a curry on the brain for most of today lol 🤣🤦🏾‍♀️ so I had to dash off for some corridor straight after work! Lol even convinced my carnivorous to have some 🏆, slowly creeping vegan options into his diet lol🤣🤫 … this also serves 4😌
Plenty left over!😍👌🏾! -150g brown basmati rice
-250g Tofu
-1 medium brown onion
-1/2 small cauliflower
-1 large carrot
-1 large courgette
-2 red chillies
-1/2 pack fresh coriander
-100g sterm broccoli
-1Tsp Garam masala powder
-1/4 Tsp group turmeric
-1Tbsp mild madras curry powder
-1/2 jar tikka masala curry sauce
Toppings: fresh chopped coriander
Servings: Unsweetened simply soy yogurt
