-2Tbsp unsweetend simply soy yogurt
-1Tbsp wheatgrass powder
-1Tsp maple syrup

Toppings: Smooth peanut butter, Drizzle maple Syrup,1 medium banana, strawberries, redcurrants, blueberries, 1Tbsp chopped dried apricots, sweetened dried cranberries, blueberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
