I never learn!๐Ÿ™ˆ I was too hungover Sunday to prep๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿคซso I’ve had to spend a few extra hours this evening greeting this ready! This week’s meal prep ๐Ÿ˜Š macros for the 4days 278g carbs, 155g protein & 23g fat!
-2 sweets potatoes
-500g vegan roast beef (Linda McCartney’s)
-200g kidney beans
-100g mini portabella mushrooms
-1 Red pepper
-150g tenderstem broccoli
-200g baby spinach
-200g garden pea’s
