GM! I hope you guys slept well! What in you’re plans for today?, All the spring flowers are starting to bloom im getting too excited💐! So to celebrate this I thought I’d illustrate it with this morning’s peanut butter overnights oats🥄…bye bye snow…hello bright flowers..and hayfever 😒🙈
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-4Tbsp oats
-2Tbsp unsweetened simply soy yogurt
-1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
-1Tbsp maple syrup
-1Tbsl chia seeds
Toppings: 1Tbsp coconut chips, 1Tbsp chopped dried apricots, sweetened dried cranberries, blueberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
