Good morning you beautiful bunch! Wednesday 🦄 you know what that means and no we’re not going to moan about Hump day…let’s face it head on💪🏾 starting with a spring in my step🧚you guys know I’m fond of pink and berries🧜🏾‍♀️so I was super excited to tuck into this berry overnight oats 🤤
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-4Tbsp oats
-2Tbsp unsweetened simply soy yogurt
-1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
-1Tbsp maple syrup
-4 Blackberries, 4 blueberries, 2 black currants & 2 cherries
Toppings: 4 peach slices, frozen strawberry, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrants & blackberries, drizzle maple Syrup, 4 almonds and 1Tbsp coconut chips
