Dinner time 😋 ah I was so hungry today! This was very much needed! You can’t go wrong with a sweet potato chowder👌🏾it’s great on its own or with a bit of bread to dip into especially on cold days like today 🤤 at least that’s Monday over and done with 🤸🏾‍♀️ This serves 2 🙂
-10sprays light olive oil (1cal per spray)
– Small brown onion
-2 celery stalks
-2 cloves
-2 medium sweet potatoes
-2large carrot’s
-1Tsp ground coriander
-1Tsp smoked paprika
-1/2 Tsp dried sage
-salt & pepper
-1 vegetable stock
Servings: 50g basmati brown rice
Toppings: fresh coriander
