Quickly whipped up my meal preps for the last three days off the weekπŸ˜‹πŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ as I won’t be in the office tomorrow and wasn’t able to prep yesterday πŸ˜‚πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ…but we won’t speak about that 🀫, I’ve gone to Italy for inspiration..macros for the 3days 191g carbs, 91g protein & 22g fat!..that’s right you can see the cheese and sausages 🀀🀯
-1/2 butternut (cuite)
-250g Portabella mushrooms
-230g chickpeas
-4Tbsp tomato puree
-2 Cloves Garlic
-2Tbsp Italian seasoning
-2 celery sticks
-100g garden peas
-100g farfalle pasta
-30g vegan cheddar cheese -4 Vegan sausages (red onion and rosemary from Linda McCartney)
-200g veg mix
