Lunch time🥞, Pancakes aren’t just for breakfast in my eyes😂 and I feel like it’s been a while since I made some protein pancakes 💪🏾🤤 so my post gym lunch today was well deserved 😋 banana protein pancakes!👌🏾 these are gf too??🤫 I hope you guys have a great weekend..be sure to layer up 🧣…ps due to the bananas, this is naturally sweet enough
Yields 10 pancakes 🤓
-150g cup oats
-‎1 Banana
-350g unsweetened almond milk
-2 scoops @grillafitness vanilla protein powder
-½ Tsp Baking Powder
-¼ Tsp Baking Soda
– ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings: 1Tbsp peanut butter, drizzle maple syrup, 1 walnut, Brazilian nut, and 2 almond nuts
