Good morning!🌞 Monday let’s be having you πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ˜ƒ ready to face the day. I can’t believe we are already second week into the month…which means not long until the bank holiday πŸ™ˆπŸ’ƒπŸΎso hang in there! Feeling colourful and vibrant this morning so packed my peanut butter porridge with some good sugars
-200g unsweetened almond milk
-4Tbsp oats
-1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
-1Tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: 2Tbsp simply unsweetened soy yogurt, drizzle maple Syrup, frozen strawberry, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrants & blackberries, 1Tbsp chopped dried apricots, sweetened dried cranberries, blueberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
