-200g unsweetened almond milk
-4Tbsp oats
-1Tbsp cacao powder
-1Tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: 1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter,2Tbsp simply unsweetened soy yogurt, drizzle maple Syrup, 1small banana, 1Tbsp coconut chips and 1Tsp sunflower seeds
