Lunch time! Rather late but it’s the weekend๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ hopefully you guys are having a good weekend ๐Ÿ™ƒ super easy chickpea and green lentil Dal๐Ÿคค needed! I swear I was still hanging from Thursday night ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ alcohol is not my friend!
Recipe serves 2 ๐Ÿ˜‰

-100g basmati brown rice
-100g green lentils
-150g chickpeas
-4 Baby potatoes
-100g baby spinach
-1/2 Tsp ground cumin + tumeric
-1/4 Tsp Garam masala
-1 green chilli (optional)
-1Small brown onion
-1Small bit ginger
-1/2 pack fresh coriander
-Salt & Pepper
