Happy Monday! Are you prepared for the day ahead!?🤔As some of you may have seen from my story yesterday I made some fresh granola, so this morning’s breakfast had to 😂🤷🏾‍♀️🤤 simple add it what you like and you’re good to go! Ready on 10mins😏🤫
-3Tbsp unsweetened simply soy yogurt
-2Tbsp granola
-blackberries, blueberries, black currants and cherries
-Drizzle maple syrup
Granola:
-128g oats
-80g mixed nuts roughly chopped
-30g sunflower seeds
-25g dry sultanas
-25g mixed raisins, sultanas, orange & lemon peels
-2Tbsp maple syrup
-1Tbsp melted pure coconut oil
-1Tsp vanilla extract
-Pinch sea salt
