Yep it’s that time of the day!๐Ÿฑ This week’s meal prep simply showing that less is more with this high protein prep,149g carbs, 122g protein & 62g fat!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿค“if you want more carbs and protein with this prep I’d say add more chickpeas of spinach ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ
-200g kale
-3Tbsp tomato puree
-2 Cloves Garlic
-100g water
-5 falafels
-100g uncooked pinto beans
-100g garden peas
-480g chickpeas
-200g spinach -396g tofu
-200g mini Portobello mushrooms -1 Yellow pepper
-100g cherry tomatoes

Another Sunday meal prep for you vegan’s and plantbased dieters.
You guys will notice this vegan meal prep has less ingredients than my previous one’s because its just to show you can still get your macronutrients in without over loading your Tupperware boxes lol!.
