Vegan peanut butter toast/ fruit toast recipe

Wakey wakey🦄! I dont think people realise that i can never decide what I want for breakfast most mornings 🤣🤦🏾‍♀️ and that I make up my recipes as I go along, I’ve already shared my weird family obsession of dipping bread in porridge or yogurt 🤫 so this morning I’ve gone back to those day and jazzed up my slice of toast 🤩🍞 who says you can’t top your toast with whatever you want 🤷🏾‍♀️
-1 Slice vegan bread
Toppings: Smooth peanut butter, Drizzle maple Syrup, 2Tbsp unsweetened simply soy yogurt, 1Tsp chia seeds, 1Tsp milled pure blueberry and chia powder, pinch desiccated coconut, frozen strawberry, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrants & blackberries, 1Tsp chopped almonds, chia seeds, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, almond flakes and sunflower seeds.

Toast can be so underrated and dull, I don’t mind trying new things or reverting to childhood weird favourite recipes lol, this is a great way to start the day.
