Barbell side lunges

I absolutely love training my lower body first because it means whatever pain I’m in, I have alot longer to recover 🐒 as you might have guessed by now it’s that’s day of the week🍑🍑 and thighs fully destroyed this morning 🔥🔥🔥I kid you not at some of these reps my whole body was shaking! 🤣💪🏾Here’s a little of what I got up to!
