Sunday!! Happy prep day lovelies! So back by popular demand ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธso I’m showing you another of of my meal preps from the week ahead! I know we all hate doing it but taking a few hours and measuring, logging and tracking in advance helps to track for the rest of the week! So another one of my meal prep recipes ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธ 5days Macro’s 250g carbs, 150g protein, 76g fat ๐Ÿ™Š๐Ÿ™‰๐Ÿ™ˆ!
-100g quinoa & bulgur wheat mix -1 vegetable stock cube
-4 Cloves Garlic
-4Tbsp tikka masala sauce
-1/2can chopped tomatoes
-400g water
-1 brown onion
-1 small red onion
-300g broccoli, carrots and cauliflower -100g garden peas
-100g trimmed beans
-480g chickpeas
-150g spinach
-380g vegan chicken strips
-1 green/red pepper
-200g mini Portobello mushrooms
