I’m going to be really busy the next few days! So I’ve had to prep 🤦🏾‍♀️ personally I find eating the same food day to day a little dull hence why my posts are never the same🤷🏾‍♀️! 😂 My lunch’s for the rest of the week! 183g carbs, 122g protein and 50g fat 🤯🤫 if you’re going to prep make it delicious!
-100g quinoa & bulgur wheat mix
-1 vegetable stock cube
-4 Cloves Garlic
-3Tbsp tomato pure
-400g water
-1 brown onion
-300g broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
-100g garden peas
-480g chickpeas
-150g kale
-390g tofu
-100g tomato and basil sauce
-200g mini Portobello mushrooms
-1Tbsp Italian seasoning
-3Tbsp piripiri seasoning
