Good morning😋 Saturday! What are your plans for today? I have a long day of travelling ahead so this is much needed fuel to keep the hunger at bay between now and lunch😂🤦🏾‍♀️ then again it is cheat day so if some junk food happens to enter my mouth then🤷🏾‍♀️🤫, chocolate polenta porridge 💃🏽
-5Tbsp polenta
-3Tbsp oats
-250g unsweetened almond milk (or 200g water)
-1Tbsp cacao powder
-1Tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: 2Tbsp unsweetened simply plain soy yogurt, 5g frozen strawberry, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrants & blackberries,1Tbsp maple syrup and 1Tbsp chopped dried apricots, sweetened dried cranberries, blueberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
