Lunch time 🥡😁 you guys know I always fancy some kind of takeaway at the start of the week 😂🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️so lunch today is inspired by Chinese crispy duck in pancakes, except I have made mine from a crêpe batter 😏🤫 that only requires 5 ingredients 🤯🤯 food prep for the whole meal 15mins!!
Crêpe batter:
-1Tbsp chia see
-1Tsp sunflower oil
-1/4Tsp salt
-300g water

Duck:
100g hydrate soy(Duck flavoured) Linda McCartney Vegetarian Shredded Hoisin Duck
-5 Sprays light oil (1cal per spray)
