Lunch time ๐Ÿฅก๐Ÿ˜ you guys know I always fancy some kind of takeaway at the start of the week ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธso lunch today is inspired by Chinese crispy duck in pancakes, except I have made mine from a crรชpe batter ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคซ that only requires 5 ingredients ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ food prep for the whole meal 15mins!!
Crรชpe batter:
-1Tbsp chia see
-1Tsp sunflower oil
-1/4Tsp salt
-300g water

Duck:
100g hydrate soy(Duck flavoured) Linda McCartney Vegetarian Shredded Hoisin Duck
-5 Sprays light oil (1cal per spray)
