-150g unsweetened almond milk
-4Tbsp oats
-1Tbsp cacao
-1scoop @grillafitness protein
-1Tbsp maple syrup

Toppings: 2walnuts, blackberries, 1Tsp desiccated coconut, splash of milk and crunchy peanut butter
