-150g unsweetened almond milk
-15g blueberries
-15g strawberries
-15g raspberries
-10g Chopped mango
-1Tbsp chia seeds
-1Tbsp simply plain soy yogurt
-squeeze fresh lemon

Toppings: 1Tbsp chopped almonds, 1Tbsp simply plain soy yogurt, 1Tbsp simply unsweetened soy yogurt, 1small banana, toasted pumpkin seeds
