Lunch time 🙉how are you beating the Monday blues? I hope this rain stops soon😒, I’m aching like hell today from my leg session this morning so I won’t be walking around much in the office 🤣I swear I always fancy a curry at the start of the week🤦🏾‍♀️so today chickpea and rice curry has hit the spot 🤤
-25g chickpeas
-100g basmati rice
-2Tbsp madras curry powder
-2Tbsp tomato and mushroom sauce
-1garlic clove
-1small brown onion
-salt & pepper

Servings: 4button mushrooms, 1carrot, 2handfuls baby spinach, 6trimmed beans, 2broccoli florets
