Sunday bake!!🍊🍫I felt like it’d been a while since I baked🤔, so today I baked some scrumptious protein, black bean chocolate orange brownies🤪, NO flour/eggs/dairy/Gluten 🤯🤯 they taste like Terry’s orange🤫 (I made mine thin in a longer baking tray because I like mine sandwiched in peanut butter, but a smaller tray will give you normal sized brownies)😋 ps prep takes 5min baking time 20min🙃
-1carton (can) black beans (drained & rinsed well)
-2Tbsp cocoa powder
-1scoop @grillafitness vanilla protein powder
-40g oats
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-10pitted dates
-1 2/3Tbsp maple syrup
-1Tbsp melted coconut oil
-1Tsp vanilla extract
-1Tsp orange essence(if you don’t like orange swap for another vanilla tsp)
-1/2 tsp baking powder

Toppings: 2 walnuts, 1Tbsp chopped almonds (feeling naughty? Works well with chocolate chips)
