It’s Friday👯‍♀️good morning! At least this week flew by🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️. Looking forward to your weekend? Hopefully that won’t fly by🤔 starting today with my final emoji bowl of the week😘have a good day!
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-25 chopped pineapple
-25g chopped papaya
-50g chopped mango
-1medium banana
-2Tbsp simply plain soy yogurt
-1Tbsp chia seeds

Toppings: 3strawberries, 1Tbsp granola, 1/3 banana, 1Tsp chia seeds, 1Tbsp , golden linseed, sunflower, hemp seeds and buckwheat
