Dinner!🥜🥜Phew Friday tomorrow 💃🏾 hopefully the weather continues, as if it wasn’t nice driving home to some daylight 🙃, I’ve had some seriously peanut butter withdrawals this week 🤣so it was only right to make overbaked tofu and rice with this peanut butter sauce😍
-150g brown rice
-150g tofu
-1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
-3Tbsp soy sauce
-1Tbsp maple syrup
-1Tbsp tomato/mushroom sauce
-2Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
-Fresh ginger (finely chopped)
-3Tbsp warm water

Servings:2handfuls spinach, 1carrot

Topping: chopped red chilli
