Good morning😗Thursday! We’re nearly through another week💪🏾. Sorry there were no lunch/dinner posts yesterday my mind was elsewhere🤫Purple rain over here this morning☂️I see you guys loved the emoji bowl yesterday 😂so here’s another one, have a good day 😉
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-15g chopped strawberries
-15g blueberries
-3Handfuls spinach
-1/2 small avocado
-2Tbsp simply plain soy yogurt
-1Tbsp chia seeds
-1Tsp maple syrup

Toppings: 1Tbsp granola, 1medium banana, 1Tsp chia seeds,1Tbsp walnuts, 1Tbsp desiccated coconut and 1Tbsp toasted pumpkin, golden linseed, sunflower, hemp seeds and buckwheat
