-150g unsweetened almond milk
-3handfuls of kale
-2apples
-1/2 Lemon
-1Tbsp chia seeds
-2Tbsp simply plain soy yogurt
-1Tbsp maple syrup

Toppings: 1Tbsp granola, 4chopped almonds, kale
