Lunch time🍴I hope your day is going well, I can’t believe it’s already the second week of Jan🙈 getting some much needed protein in with these chickpea and tofu stuffed peppers💪🏾
-2bell peppers
-80g chickpeas
-150g tofu
-200g tomato and mushroom sauce
-1Tsp dry basil
-Pinch salt & pepper
-1garlic clove

Servings: 4 stems of broccoli
