Lunch time πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ im so excited about summer already am I the only one!? Lol I know we have some months to go πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ. On today’s lunch menu polenta and Vegetable casserole πŸ˜‡πŸ›
For polenta:
-150g polenta
-250g water

Casserole:
-250g of Carrot chopped and spirals, Leek, Swede, brown and spring onions
-1vegstock
-1 1/2Tsp dry thyme
-Pinch salt
-2small cut fresh ginger
-1Tbsp ground ginger
-250g water
