Dinner time!🍴just what I needed πŸ˜‹, quick and easy soy chicken with chilli seeds and brown rice 😍
-100g Brown rice
-150g hydrated soy (chicken flavoured)
-1/2 red onion
-2 portabella mushrooms
-1Tsp olive oil
-pinch salt & pepper

Toppings: 2Tbsp chilli seeds (seasoned sunflower, apricot kernel and pumpkin seeds with chilli), garlic & Tomato sauce and white truffle oil
