Dinner 😍😍 currently in a comatose state🤭🤣 but well worth it!, Seems like a few people are back to work already 🤷🏾‍♀️👎🏾I’m clinging on to the next few days! Definitely eaten alot of carbs this week🤫…what are your goals for next year!? I’m back fully training next week 💪🏾so I’ll use this extra gain to my advantage 😏. Avocado pasta with steak🥑🥩

-1large avocado smashed
-150g soya steak
-1Handful Brussel sprouts
-1/2 small brown onion
-8plum tomatoes
-Pinch salt & pepper-1Tsp olive oil
