Lunch time!!๐Ÿ” Hump day and for me last day at work until Jan for me so I’ve pretty much checked out work wise๐Ÿ‘๐ŸพI think I deserve a tasty black bean and tofu quarter pounder ๐Ÿ˜ to see me through the rest of the afternoon ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’… Pitta recipe in previous post
-1Small red onion
-1bell pepper, cored(had none so subbed with some tomatoes)
-4large chestnut mushrooms
-200g black Beans
-2Tbsp garam masala
-1Green chilli
-1Tsp sea salt
-198g tofu
-150g bread crumbs
-2Tsp sunflower oil

Toppings: 1Small red onion, 1Small carrot, spiced fruit chutney (sauce of choice)
