Dinner time! ๐Ÿฅง nothing warms up evenings like a filling slice of pie! Now it was touch and go with how this would turn out๐Ÿ˜‚! Fill me up tofu and broccoli pie๐Ÿ™ƒ ps both pie and filling can be used to make a quiche๐Ÿคซ just remove the v eggs
Crust:
-150g pastry flour
-150g buckwheat Flour
-75g water
-2Tbsp sunflower oil
-pinch salt

Filling:
-6broccoli florets(sliced)
-3large chestnuts Mushrooms (sliced not minced)
-1baking potato(cut into small cubes)
-300g tofu
-1Tsp salt
-1Vegan egg
-handful kale
