Lunch time! How’s your day going?!, hopefully it’s just got better if you are about to eat😗…I’m still pretty full from breakfast but I’ll try to shovel myself into as much of this chipotle stir fry!🌶
-150 thin noodles
-2Tbsp natural green pesto
-1Tbsp vegan soy sauce
-1Tsp toasted pine nuts
-1Tsp natural coconut oil
-1Tbsp chipotle flakes -8trimmed beans halved
-1chilli
-1/4 Cauliflower & broccoli
-salt & pepper
