Personally granola isn’t just for breakfast this was a light post gym lunch snack💖 I mean I could have gone for an energy bar but where’s the fun in that?😒
-3Tbsp granola
-3Tbsp unsweetened soy yogurt
-3Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
-1Tbsp desiccated coconut
-Pinch sunflower seeds
-1Tbsp blended flax and sunflower seeds
-1Tbsp chia seeds
-3strawberries
