-250g almond milk
-1 ripe bananas
-2Tbsp maple syrup
-1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
-1Tbsp almonds chopped
Toppings
-1 caramelised banana
-Pinch toasted pumpkin, golden linseed, sunflower, hemp seeds and buckwheat
-1Tbsp almonds chopped
