Dinner time 😊😊 hit my protein goal for today, so was able to enjoy some yummy banger’s and mash! Guilt free…mash is enough for two or to be used as left overs to make hash browns in the morning🤓
-2 bake potatoes
-1 carrot
-100ml almond milk (vegan butter of choice)
-2 Linda McCartney’s sausages
-1/2 large brown onion
-Vegetable gravy
-2 handfuls kale (oven baked)
– Salt & pepper
